I have accessible needs how do I book tickets?

Can I book tickets for accessible areas online?

Accessible tickets for our shows can be purchased online through the AXS.com website. There is usually significant demand when events go on sale, so we advise that guests purchase accessible tickets online rather than attempting by phone if possible.

To book tickets online through AXS.com, guests with access requirements must have either an Access Card or a Digital Access Pass (DAP), which is FREE. This ensures the right tickets are sold to the right people.

Once you've got your Access Card or DAP, you can then use it to unlock access ticketing options in the AXS ticketing system.

There are two ways you can register an Access Card:

FREE!

A free AXS Digital Access Pass will permit the holder to unlock ticketing and seat options based on the allocated symbol through our ticketing partner AXS.com.

£15 for three years

The full Access Card costs £15 for three years. The full Card affords you the same benefits as the free Digital Access Pass, as well as:

Recognised at venues across the UK & beyond
Receive a Photo ID card with symbols relating to accessibility needs
Informative online access directory
Access to a closed Facebook Community group

How to I find out timings for my event?

We always try to include the most up to date information to the event pages on the website and in your important event information email that will come via your ticket point of purchase approx 5 days ahead of your event.

Please arrive in plenty of time to avoid disappointment and to get through security and ticket checks.
