People Engagement Coordinator 

An integral part in fulfilling the vision of the venue, putting customers at the centre of everything we do and delivering amazing experiences, the People Engagement Coordinator will co-ordinate the venue’s customer service functions, contract administration and office services. They will also be responsible for providing venue HR administration as well as providing administrative support to the General Manager & Senior Management Team.

The People Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for the efficient operation of all back office functions providing full administrative support to the General Manager & Senior Management Team.

Warehouse and Stock Controller

To assist in the smooth running of the Food and Beverage Department, ensuring service standards are maintained and control systems are adhered to. Ensuring the facility is operated efficiently and in line with budgets and that the highest standards of customer service are achieved.

Part Time Chef

To manage the kitchen and to ensure that all customers receive a first class food experience. To ensure all financial budgetary requirements as set by the company are met. To adhere to all regulatory Health & Safety and Food Hygiene legislation and promote best practice.

Casual Food and Beverage Team Members

We are currently recruiting Casual Food and Beverage Team Members to be based within our Utilita Arena Newcastle venue, where you will be providing world-class customer service during our past paced event days!

You will be working behind one of our bar/food stalls within our main foyer (in the hustle-and-bustle of it all) where you will be serving customers everything from their pre-event drinks, through to their snack in the interval! You will be one of the first point of contact therefore it’s really important you are approachable and have great communication skills.

Control Room Officer

To make our customers, visitors and colleagues feel safe when watching their favourite artists or events, we are looking for a Control Room Officer to join our team and contribute to what helps make the magic happen!
