To enhance the security of our venue and the customer experience, when you arrive at the venue a search of your belongings and person will be carried out using our state of the art Evolv system. Your ticket will also be checked and scanned.

Beyond entry, our safety measures include:

• 24/7 CCTV coverage across all public areas
• Regular patrols by security staff and stewards
• Well-lit concourses and clearly marked emergency exits
• On site first aid stations staffed by qualified professionals
• You may say one of our friendly detection dogs working!

Should you need assistance, every team member is trained to respond swiftly and coordinate with local emergency services.

There are continuous security measures in place.

We have detection dogs at our sites, if you see them say hello but ask you to remember they are working dogs.

All our staff are trained to ensure all our guests have a safe, secure and happy time. We work very closely with the appropriate authorities including Northumbria Police to ensure our security procedures are always of best practice.
