  • Is the event still going ahead?

Unless there has been an announcement on the venue’s website stating otherwise, events are going ahead as planned. The venue’s website and social media are the best places to check for updates.

  • Is it safe to come to the venue?

Following official government advice issued on Friday 20 March asking entertainment and hospitality premises to close temporarily, we regret to announce that Utilita Arena Newcastle, in collaboration with event promoters, has taken the decision to temporarily postpone events as applicable.

  • Can I get a refund if I’m nervous about coming to the venue?

If the event is going ahead, it won’t be possible to get a refund if you have decided not to attend. If you are no longer attending, you may want to consider offering your tickets for sale via Ticketmaster’s fan to fan re-sale site.

  • Will I get a refund if the venue is closed?

If an event is cancelled, advice about refunds will be available from your original point of purchase.

  • How will I know if an event has been cancelled because of Coronavirus?

If an event is cancelled you will normally receive an email from your point of purchase. We will also put a notice on our website and communicate to our customers via our social media channels. Please monitor our website and social media channels for any updates.
