The North East Vegan Festival is the first and largest series of vegan festival events in the North East of England. We began in 2013 with a single event, repeating in 2014. 2015 saw us running two events in May and November.
For 2016 we are scaling up again and are delighted to be at the Metro Radio Arena in Newcastle for the first time in July.
We will have a vast array of stalls to delight all visitors.... from the fabulous artisan Tyne Chease to vegan hot dogs with ketchup. The North East Craft fair will be in one of the zones on the day. Also included is the new ECOFEST UK, where we will be hosting eco stalls and have speakers discussing hot topics of the day. There will be a great kids zone, live music all day and lots of free tasting samples.... all for just £2.50 for adults and under 16 free. For those who want a treat, we have 100 VIP tickets who get entry half an hour early at 10.00am and a goodie bag packed with offers and delights.
The Festival is organised by Farplace Animal Rescue. We are a UK animal rescue based in County Durham who help specialist cases like FIV+ cats and have helped many such cases in need from the North East and beyond. All the profits from the festival will directly help animals.
Stalls can be booked and advance tickets purchased at www.northeastveganfestival.co.uk
