SCISSOR SISTERS ANNOUNCE UK TOUR Scissor Sisters are set to play their biggest tour to date in the UK this November. The New York five piece will appear at the Metro Radio Arena Newcastle on Saturday 18th November 2006 as part of the 13 date Arena tour. Tickets go on sale on Friday 1st September at 9am. Scissor Sisters will be playing tracks from their eagerly anticipated new album ‘Ta-dah’ as well as tracks from the 2.4 million selling self titled album. Their new single ‘I Don’t Feel Like Dancin’ has already got off to an amazing start topping both the radio airplay chart and the i-tunes chart 2 weeks before release. Scissor Sisters will be playing a special one off free gig in London on September 19th in support of (RED)™ - the new initiative designed to help eliminate AIDS in Africa. To promote the red MOTOSLVR the landmark venue Trafalgar Square will become (MOTO) RED Square for just one night. Tickets for this event have now sold out. Tickets costing £23.50 now on sale 9am
