Metro Radio Arena are delighted to announce the return of one of the hottest bands around. Blue will be playing the North East Venue on Tuesday 5th July 2005, rescheduled from 23rd March, following the phenomenal success of their sell out concerts in November 2003. Duncan, Antony, Lee and Simon are still enjoying the success of their third Album ‘Guilty’ which went triple Platinum within 6 weeks of going on sale. The band is currently gearing up for the release of their new single ‘Bubblin’ which goes on sale this month. After winning numerous awards across the globe including the BRIT Award “Best Pop Act” in 2003, Blue have a firm hold on their success with hits such as ‘All Rise’, ‘One Love’, ‘Sorry seems to be the Hardest Word’ featuring the legendary Elton John and more recently the top ten hit ‘Breathe Easy’. Metro Radio Arena’s, Sales and Promotions Executive Nichola McKenna said “Following their sell out appearance in November, we are delighted that Blue will be returning to the Arena in 2005.
